Thank you for shopping with Drop Society! As each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We’re committed to quality. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact our email at info@dropsociety.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is deemed faulty.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Sizing Information

Sizing details are listed on each product page. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer returns for incorrect sizing.

Final Sale

All products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
